For the intermediate riders who wish to feel smooth and fast. We look at our body positioning and weighting to find grip, stability, control and speed. Drop offs, pumping, cornering and line choice are some of the techniques covered. The Flinding Flow course is aimed at the confident beginner or intermediate rider.
Each course location will focus on a specific trail with features that can be tricky. We will have fun to organically building the specific skills and confidence necessary to ride with confidence, control and speed.
